TLV’s unique free float steam traps are an ideal solution for both process equipment and steam main drip lines. The free float steam trap’s ‘orifice under water’ design significantly reduces running steam losses when compared to other trap technologies.
For condensate pumping, TLV offers a wide selection of non-electric pumps. These pumps are ideal for returning condensate from flash tanks at much higher temperatures than centrifugal pumps. Hotter returning condensate means less fuel is required at the boiler and, being non-electric, energy savings multiply.
